PHOTOS, VIDEO & COMMUNICATION

I give permission for my child's name to appear on class registers and, when taking part in shows/events, in programmes and credits.

I agree to receive class information through VCSOD's private WhatsApp groups restricted only to Staff and parents/carers of children in those classes and is password protected using end-to-end encryption.
 
IMPORTANT – YOUR CHILD'S PLACE & LEAVING VCSOD
 
The terms and conditions above apply throughout your child's time at Vanessa Class School of Dance (VCSOD).

Your child's place at VCSOD is ongoing and does not automatically end in July.

Parents will be asked to update/re-register their child's details each academic year so that we have the correct school year, class placement, contact, and medical information.

This annual update does not cancel or renew your child's place. Your child's place continues into the next academic year unless the required written notice is given.

If your child will not be returning in September, you must notify VCSOD in writing by July 1st, summer leaving deadline.

If leaving at any other time, half a term's written notice is required.

Failure to complete the annual update form, non-attendance or non-payment of fees does not count as notice of leaving.

If the required notice is not given, half a term's fees will be payable.

FEES
 
I understand that fees are non-refundable once paid and that non-payment does not constitute notice of leaving.
 
BEHAVIOUR
 
I understand that students are expected to behave respectfully. VCSOD has a zero-tolerance approach to bullying and serious or persistent inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal from the school.
 
PARENT/CARER AGREEMENT
 
I have read and agree to the VCSOD registration terms above and understand that they apply throughout my child's time at VCSOD.
